Robin Havens-Parker motivates people to talk
about conflict before it happens.

During her 20-year career, she has seen unmanaged conflict ruin relationships causing permanent damage to all aspects of people’s lives.

Robin has the rare ability to use her natural creativity to find solutions to tough problems. Through her experience as an executive director, theatre director, and president of multiple boards, she has often had to be a mediator, a motivator as well as a conflict management expert. She has an innovative style of developing effective communication strategies and conflict management tools to facilitate conversation and provides tools to help organizations resolve issues as they arise.

She has designed and facilitated multiple training seminars, workshops, and special events for a variety of industries to tackle communication barriers consistently resulting in minimizing the negative impact of conflict by helping clients understand the positive benefits conflict can bring to an organization when managed properly

As the CEO and founder of Proactive Conflict Management, she is an experienced and entertaining speaker who offers workshops, breakout sessions, board retreats, small group sessions, coaching, and keynotes on conflict management.

Her unique approach to conflict management will:

  • Help managers learn how to have difficult conversations in a safe environment
  • Coach people in new relationships so they have a deeper understanding of each other
  • Provide training for government, cooperate, non-profit, and community organizations
    on communicating effectively before conflict arises

Robin lives in Albuquerque, New Mexico, with her husband Tracy and Chocolate Lab, Hershey.
